Margaret Ainslie Webster was the first child of John Hearne Webster & Euphemia Kay Stewart born in 1847 in Victoria, Australia.
Margaret lived in Australia until 1854. In 1861 she was living with the family at The Lodge, Alphington, Devon.
In 1881 Margaret was visiting the household of civil engineer Playford Reynolds & his wife Ellen, both born in India, & their children at 5 park Villas, Merton Rd, Wandsworth. She was not married.
She trained as a nurse at the Nightingale Nurses School in 1888.
In 1901 Margaret had become matron of a Home for Private Nurses at 8 Durham Place, Chelsea.
Margaret died aged 63 on November 16th, 1910 at 8 Durham Place, Chelsea. Probate was granted to brother-in-law, Richard Pearson, & her effects were £2,147.2s.10d.
