Mary Anne (Marion) Webster was the second child of John Hearne Webster & Euphemia Kay Stewart born April 18th, 1849 & christened July 10th, 1849 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Marion lived in Australia until 1854. In 1861 she was living with the family at The Lodge, Alphington, Devon & listed as Mary A.
In 1871 she was still with her parents & family at Prospect St, Reading.
She married William Brock (Rev) on 16th October 1873 at St Mary, Reading, Berks.
Marion & William spent some time in India where William was Chaplain of the Bengal Establishment. Sadly Marion, aged 24, died on October 15th, 1874 at Barrackpore, Bengal, the day after giving birth to son Stewart.
William died August 5th, 1879 at Folkstone, Kent, aged 32. Both Marion & William are commemorated on a headstone in Cheriton Rd Cemetery, Folkstone.
Son Stewart E Brock was attending Ebor House School in Cambridgeshire in 1891.
In 1911 Stewart Ernst was boarding at Ridgway Rd, Farnham, Surrey. He was a market grower & was an employer.
In 1913 Stewart married Katherine Helen Temple-Roberts in Tiverton, Devon.
