William Wall was the first child of Joseph Wall & Sarah Timmins born Jan-March 1846 at Rowley Regis, Staffs.
In 1851 William was living at home at Tividale, Rowley Regis with his parents, brother & sister.
William was still at home in 1861 but the family were now living at Chapel St, Rowley Regis.

William & Mary were neighbours at the time of the 1861 census in Rowley Regis – William lived at no.83 & Mary at no. 84 Chapel St – so he married the girl next door!!
